- Physically manage inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments and documents using pre-designated software.
- Inspect shipments for accuracy and/or defects as part of the Shipping & Receiving process.
- Work with appropriate internal and external people to report and correct any inconsistencies found during the shipping and receiving process.
- Package shipments to ensure that they will arrive at their destination safely, securely and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that items shipped or received match their Orders by referencing descriptions, part numbers, quantities, serial numbers...
- Process Internal Sales Orders for shipment by pulling parts, packing orders, processing appropriate documents, and shipping items using third party transport.
- Accurately complete computer transactions to ensure that the ERP system accurately matches physical inventory.
- Manage warehouse space for incoming shipments and material storage.
- Ensure that the inventory warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized way.
- Responsible for running Manufacturing & Work Orders. This may include computer transactions, pulling material and kits, identifying material shortages and closing orders once complete.
- Move Inventory and material throughout the warehouse and process the transactions in the ERP system.
- Manage control of Inventory to ensure that the ERP system is accurate at all times.
- Run regular cycles counts of inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Administrative Assistant duties included but not limited to filing, checking mail, sending emails, assisting CEO with various tasks.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and other software to maintain inventory controls.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Requires accuracy in reading and writing numbers.
- Ability to communicate effectively, to interpret and accurately carry out both written and verbal instructions.
- Must be honest, reliable, and punctual.
