- Perform daily production tasks, including:
- Mounting mechanical equipment

- PVC plumbing

- Manufacturing custom parts

- Assembling systems

- Plastic welding

- Testing and shipping products
- Maintain organized workspaces and adhere to company safety standards.
- Assist with production activities such as documentation, receiving materials, crating, packaging, and loading.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Participate in basic training and safety programs, achieving proficiency in required skills.
- Travel for field services as needed.
- Support additional areas of the business as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an aquatic field or similar technical role.
- Outside experience in manufacturing, construction, or field service installation may substitute depending on relevance.
- Strong competency in fabrication tasks, including PVC plumbing, mechanical equipment mounting, woodworking, and system assembly.
- Preferred experience in a water-related industry.
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and control systems is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a technical aptitude for success.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently, with attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Willingness to undergo and complete Integrated Aqua Systems' basic training program with demonstrated proficiency.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing or working on your feet for extended periods.
- Capable of working in a dynamic shop environment with varying tasks.
